As an Administration Officer, you will have the responsibility to deliver expectational high-quality, efficient administrative, organisational and operational support&nbsp;to this team. The role ensures smooth coordination of meetings, documentation, project activity, communication and compliance processes, enabling Student Achievement Leads to focus on delivery of strategic priorities.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to the Student Achievement Workstream, including diary management, scheduling, correspondence, onboarding and offboarding of staff, meeting preparation and minute-taking.</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation, version control and filing systems aligned with CSBB governance expectations (including agendas, minutes, project artefacts and action registers).</li> <li>Support project coordination by updating project tasks and timelines and preparing materials.</li> <li>Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, briefs and communication drafts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, formatting consistency and alignment with CSBB templates.</li> <li>Coordinate logistics for professional learning, workshops, consultations and events&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with data collation, simple analysis, procurement processes and budget support (quotes, purchase orders, tracking expenditure).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Criteria</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2+ years Administration experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Completed or working towards a qualification e.g. Diploma, bachelor's degree</li> <li>Supportive of the Catholic ethos and values&nbsp;</li> <li>Quick learner with a pro-active mindset&nbsp;</li> <li>Keen eye for detail ensuring quality in all aspects of work&nbsp;</li> <li>Process-orientated individual with strong organisational skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while ensuring consistency and accuracy across all tasks&nbsp;</li> <li>Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining positive relationships&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines&nbsp;</li> <li>Display a friendly and professional demeanour with excellent written &amp; verbal communications skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Solid skills in using the Microsoft Office Suite&nbsp;and Tech 1 (preferable)</li> <li>Experience within Schools or Education Settings highly regarded</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Benefits of Working with Us</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>An attractive salary on offer,<strong> onsite parking</strong> or public transport within close proximity and the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week.</p> <p><strong>Application Process</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Applications should include:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>A cover letter of no more than two pages addressing why you are interested in the role and addressing each of the Key Requirements listed above; and&nbsp;</li> <li>A current resume&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application closing date will be 5:00pm on Monday 16 February 2026.</strong></p> <p><strong>We will be reviewing applications as we receive and interviewing as soon as possible.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><i>Agencies, please note that unsolicited resumes will not be accepted for this position.</i></p> <p><i>At Catholic Schools Broken Bay, child safety is paramount.
