Executive Assistant to Professional and Operational Senior Executive

St Andrew’s Cathedral School is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Professional and Operational Senior Executive to provide high-level executive and governance support in a busy, fast-paced school environment.
<p>You will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and organisational support across a variety of functions. This includes managing diaries, preparing high-quality documentation, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.</p>
<p>This is <strong>not a term-time</strong> only role, it is a full-time permanent position.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide high-level executive assistance and administrative support to multiple senior executives</li>
<li>Manage complex and often competing calendars, and meeting arrangements</li>
<li>Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with school policies and legislative obligations</li>
<li>Build strong relationships across all levels of the school community and external networks</li>
<li>Oversee administrative workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day operations</li>
<li>Support the Executive Director of Operations with the School Council and Foundation Board, including managing the online board platform, preparation, format, quality check and distribution of all meeting documents</li>
<li>Handling confidential governance documents, and ensuring compliance with governance protocols</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About you</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years’ experience providing executive-level support to C-suite or senior executives</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with governance processes and board management platforms</li>
<li>Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools</li>
<li>Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach to changing priorities</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders</li>
