You will be a leader of leaders, mentoring our Middle Management team and ensuring our graduates are not only QCAA-compliant but globally competitive and "future-ready."</p> <p><strong>Key Priorities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Instructional Leadership:</strong> Champion evidence-based strategies (Science of Learning) and drive a "Lead Learner" culture through robust instructional coaching.</li> <li><strong>Data-Driven Growth:</strong> Use sophisticated data analysis (NAPLAN, ATAR, and internal metrics) to drive improvements in student outcomes and collective teacher efficacy.</li> <li><strong>QCAA Mastery:</strong> Act as the final point of accountability for all Senior System procedures, ensuring integrity in endorsement, confirmation, and external exams.</li> <li><strong>Future-Focused Pathways:</strong> Architect strategic partnerships with universities and industry, integrating AI ethics and digital literacy into the fabric of our curriculum.</li> <li><strong>Holistic Safety &amp; Wellbeing:</strong> Lead a proactive child-safe culture and a pastoral framework that balances high accountability with psychological safety.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are a seasoned educator with a proven track record in middle or senior leadership.
