Sacred Heart Primary School is seeking a dedicated Foundation classroom teacher (0.6 FTE, three days per week) to join our warm, vibrant, and supportive learning community. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator to commence in Term 1, 2026 (start date negotiable) and contribute to a school that celebrates student growth, wellbeing, and collaborative teaching.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an educator committed to explicit teaching, student wellbeing, and collaborative practice.</p> <p>The successful applicant will be enthusiastic about:</p> <ul> <li>Teaching and learning within a Catholic Parish faith community, guiding students in their faith and Sacramental journey.</li> <li>Planning and delivering engaging programs that meet the needs of all students.</li> <li>Incorporating the MACS Vision for Instruction and Vision for Engagement into daily teaching practice.</li> <li>Using evidence-based Literacy practices, such as InitiaLit (Foundation to Year 2).</li> <li>Explicitly teaching Maths, extending students at their point of need.</li> <li>Delivering Inquiry learning that fosters curiosity, reflection, and a love of learning.</li> <li>Collaborating with colleagues across all school levels.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential application elements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>V.I.T.
