The Diverse Learning Administration Officer provides high level administrative support for to the Head of Diverse Learning and Diverse Learning Team. The role supports the effective coordination, documentation, and compliance of Diverse Learning processes across the College.<br><br><br><br><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support, including managing meetings, correspondence, documentation and competing priorities in a school environment.</li>
<li>Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to liaise confidently with students, staff, parents and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of appropriate behaviours and professional boundaries that reflect child safeguarding values in practice.</li>
<li>A current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.</li>

<li>Permanent, full-time, term-time only position - Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm.</li>
