Role Purpose The Administration & Enrolment Officer plays a pivotal role in the daily operation of St Peter’s Primary School, providing high-quality administrative, enrolment, financial, and digital communication support. The position is central to creating a professional, welcoming, and efficient front office environment and provides designated high-level professional administrative support to the Principal in the effective management of school operations. The role requires close collaboration with the ICON MACS Shared Services Centre to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant administrative and financial processes, in line with MACS policies and procedures. <p><i><strong>&nbsp;</strong></i></p> <p><i><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></i></p> <p><i><strong>• Administration &amp; Customer Service:&nbsp;</strong>Front o</i>ffi<i>ce operations; communication management; record keeping;&nbsp;</i>fi<i>ling and archiving; event and meeting support; liaison with cleaners and maintenance.&nbsp;</i></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><i><strong>• Principal &amp; Leadership Support:&nbsp;</strong>Provide professional administrative support to the Principal, including correspondence, documentation, con</i>fi<i>dential reports, and organisational support.&nbsp;</i></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><i><strong>• Enrolment Administration:&nbsp;</strong>Prep–Year 6 enrolments; Enquiry Tracker and eSIS data management; reporting and analysis; Prep Open Days and transitions; census (February/August); end-of-year rollover.&nbsp;</i></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><i><strong>• Finance &amp; ICON Shared Services:&nbsp;</strong>Daily collaboration with ICON MACS Shared Services Centre; receipting and payments; deposits and fundraisers; purchasing and purchase orders; accounts support; CRT timesheets; staffroom supplies.&nbsp;</i></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><i>•&nbsp;<strong>Digital Engagement: Newsletter&nbsp;</strong>(three per term); calendar management; publications; social media support (Instagram); privacy-compliant image use.&nbsp;</i></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><i><strong>• Student Care &amp; Attendance:&nbsp;</strong>First aid in absence of School Nurse; attendance monitoring and follow-up; reporting to Principal and staff.&nbsp;</i></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Child Safety &amp; Wellbeing</strong></p> <p><br> Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing, including knowledge and understanding of the 11 Child Safe Standards, and comply with the school’s Child Safe Policy, Code of Conduct, and all related procedures.
