You have:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Accreditation and experience suitable for NESA registration to teach in NSW secondary schools.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated strong rugby coaching experience, ideally at First XV, representative, or elite schoolboy level preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>A commitment to student wellbeing, holistic development, and the Catholic ethos of the College.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong classroom management, communication and relationship-building skills with adolescent boys.&nbsp;</li> <li>A commitment to the ethos of Catholic education and to the Augustinian values of Truth, Love and Community. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Child Safeguarding Statement</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>St Augustine’s College is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students.
