This full‑time position offers the opportunity to lead our Marketing &amp; Development function and strengthen our mission to provide an exemplary and holistic education within the Catholic tradition.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the delivery of the College’s Marketing and Development Plan.</li> <li>Drive campaigns and maintain College style and branding standards.</li> <li>Oversee marketing budgets and monitor media activity.</li> <li>Align marketing initiatives with enrolment goals in partnership with the Enrolments Manager.</li> <li>Build relationships with local primary schools and support enrolment and transition processes.</li> <li>Lead alumni engagement, events and communication.</li> <li>Coordinate key College marketing events and support staff to ensure alignment with College values.</li> <li>Uphold and promote Child Safety requirements in all aspects of the role.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a small team.</li> <li>Experience in strategic marketing and communications, with strong analytical skills.</li> <li>Ability to represent and promote the Catholic ethos and culture of John Paul College.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.</li> <li>Experience managing budgets and delivering cost‑effective campaigns.</li> <li>High proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media; experience with SIMON, EMS360, OneNote and Teams is an advantage.</li> <li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently while maintaining confidentiality.</li> <li>Relevant tertiary qualification and required safety checks (WWCC and National Criminal Record Check).</li> <li>Commitment to Child Safety Standards and ensuring a child‑safe environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join John Paul College:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be part of a supportive and dynamic educational community.</li> <li>Opportunities for professional development and career progression.</li> <li>A collaborative work environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-time, ongoing position</li> <li>Commencing as soon as possible</li> <li>Category C, Education Support Employee under the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022, with an entitlement of 7 weeks' leave per school year.</li> <li>Flexibility to meet operational needs; some out of hours work (including weekends) will be required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application will close:</strong></p> <p>Thursday 29 January at 4.00pm.
