<p><i>Our Lutheran Co-Educational Day &amp; Boarding College is nestled in the rural setting of Walla Walla (30 minutes north of Albury).&nbsp;</i></p> <p><strong>This position commences February 2026.</strong></p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Possess excellent IT knowledge &amp; skills</li> <li>Provide Level 1–2 technical support</li> <li>Troubleshoot, support and manage devices through their lifecycle.</li> <li>Manage user accounts and support Office 365 applications</li> <li>Log, track, and manage support requests through the IT ticketing system</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation, asset registers, and user guides</li> <li>Monitor systems, escalate alerts as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>This is an on-campus role with flexible working arrangements.</strong></li> <li><strong>Opportunity for development</strong></li> <li><strong>Collaborative and caring culture</strong></li> <li><strong>A workplace where contributions are recognised</strong></li> </ul>
