<p>Located in Waterford, Queensland, Canterbury College is a dynamic, independent, co-educational Anglican school with a reputation for academic excellence, pastoral care and innovation, within a caring, values-driven community. Staff culture is equally important, with wellbeing, professionalism and continuous growth central to the College’s success.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Head of People and Integrity reports to the Principal and leads a multidisciplinary team across Human Resources, Risk and Compliance, Legal Affairs, and Safeguarding. This key executive role provides strategic and operational leadership and advice to ensure Canterbury College&nbsp;continues to meet its legal, regulatory and pastoral obligations while cultivating a positive, accountable and high-performing workplace culture.
