<p> <br><strong>About the Role</strong> </p>
<p>We are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our Capability and Enablement of our People (CEP) Workstream. This is a <strong>new</strong> <strong>permanent, full-time</strong> role based at our central office in Pennant Hills. In this pivotal senior administrative support role, you will work closely with the Senior Executive: Human Resources, playing a key part in driving efficiency and productivity across the workstream. </p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Common work shared between the Executive Support CEP which includes processing Tech One/credit card reconciliations/expense reimbursements for the workstream, organising/coordinating CEP events and meetings, administration maintenance, being the first point of contact and triaging matters as required </li>
<li>CEP reporting, data and analysis to create dashboard reporting including graphs and other visual representations </li>
<li>Assist the CEP team with presentations and infographics </li>
<li>Onboarding and Offboarding administrative duties such as coordinating exit surveys, new staff induction, starter packs, security tags, name badges, corporate gifts, IT and other equipment for CEP new starters, probation process for central office staff </li>
<li>Mandatory online learning – responding to/triaging queries, reporting and follow up as required </li>
<li>Supporting CEP initiatives e.g. School Fee Discount process, Foundation to Accomplished Principals process, updating Proficient Teacher status, our Be Your Best Self Here recognition program and Continuous Improvement Conversations </li>
<li>ER administrative support – LWOP and jury duty letters, basic ER correspondence, and supporting the team with major workplace change processes </li>
<li>Any other duties as required from time to time to support the CEP Workstream </li>
<li>CSBB employees contribute to the shared responsibility of safeguarding students, ensuring professional boundaries, and upholding duty of care legislative requirements </li>

<p><strong>About You</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting people and processes </li>
<li>Do you have relevant qualifications or demonstrated professional experience, preferably within Human Resources field </li>
<li>Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in manipulating and presenting people data </li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Copilot) and other relevant software </li>
<li>Ability to maintain strong professional and customer focused stance with all stakeholders and interactions </li>
<li>A deep commitment to safeguarding as everyone's responsibility and prioritising child safety </li>
<li>Is adaptive and responsive to change and can manage competing priorities to deliver high quality work </li>
<li>Is energised by working in a fast-paced environment, with a solutions-focused mindset </li>
