They will demonstrate excellence in classroom teaching of students across a range of ability levels and the ability to work co-operatively with a committed and enthusiastic department. They will have a desire to engage in pedagogical innovation and in integrating evidence-informed practices in the classroom. Strong communication skills and a commitment to growth focused learning for young women is necessary. The successful applicant will have skills in the design and delivery of high-quality learning in English studies.
