<p>As a Learning Support Assistant in the High School, you will assist the Main Lesson and specialist teachers in creating an inclusive, supportive and creative learning environment for the class, particularly for neurodiverse students and those with additional learning support needs. You may provide close one-to-one student support within the classroom, in specialist lessons and during break times helping students engage with the curriculum as well as the social fabric of the school. You will further support teachers in meeting individual student learning goals.</p> <p>The successful applicant will have a genuine interest in and warmth for assisting young people in a Waldorf classroom setting. They will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a good observer and listener, and able to follow the teacher’s methodology.
