<p><strong>ENROLMENT AND MARKETING OFFICER</strong></p> <p>Start Date: Negotiable</p> <p><br> O’Loughlin Catholic College, located in the heart of Darwin’s Northern Suburbs, is a vibrant co-educational Catholic secondary school for students in Years 7–12. With a strong commitment to Catholic identity, community, and student wellbeing, we provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where every student is known and supported.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced and highly organised<strong> Enrolment and Marketing Officer </strong>to manage the College’s enrolment processes and strengthen its profile within the wider community. This role plays a key part in promoting the College’s mission, values, and reputation while ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for prospective and current families.</p> <p>This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) reporting to the Business Manager and Principal. This position is worked over 42 weeks per year, in line with the school term calendar.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and administer all aspects of student enrolments from enquiry through to commencement</li> <li>Act as the first point of contact for enrolment enquiries, tours, and prospective families</li> <li>Coordinate enrolment interviews, offers, and transitions in collaboration with College leadership</li> <li>Maintain accurate enrolment data and reporting, including census and compliance requirements</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, parishes, and the wider community</li> <li>Lead the College’s marketing, communications, and promotional activities</li> <li>Manage the College website, social media platforms, newsletters, and prospectus</li> <li>Ensure all College communications align with brand, style, and Catholic identity</li> <li>Represent the College at community and promotional events as required</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>About You:</strong></p> <p>You will be a highly organised and professional individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
