This is a new role to the College in line with the 2023 and Beyond Strategic Plan. This role provides strategic, pedagogical, operational and compliance leadership across our Long Day Care, Kindergarten and Outside School Hours Care programs.</p> <p>As the Director of Early Learning, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, program delivery, staffing, and family and community engagement.
