<p>Catholic Education Northern Territory (CENT) operates 18 schools across the<strong> Northern Territory</strong>, including Darwin, Palmerston, Alice Springs, and regional/remote locations. <p><strong>The Position:</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking multiple<strong> full-time Out of School Hours Care Workers</strong> to join our vibrant school communities. These are <strong>permanent/fixed-term </strong>positions available across various NT locations.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating developmentally appropriate programs for children, based on individual strengths and interests.</li>
<li>Observe, record, and report on children’s learning and wellbeing.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment in compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS).</li>
<li>Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with relevant standards, frameworks, and policies.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support positive outcomes for children.</li>

<p><strong>About You (Selection Criteria): </strong>To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Qualifications</strong>: A minimum of a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an approved OSHC qualification).</li>
<li><strong>Experience</strong>: Previous experience working in an early childhood or school-based setting is highly regarded.</li>
<li><strong>Registration</strong>: Must hold (or be eligible for) a Northern Territory Working with Children (Ochre Card).</li>
<li><strong>Values</strong>: A commitment to Catholic values and the ability to contribute to the religious life of the school.</li>
