<p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Commencing 19 January 2026 working with our Middle School students.</li>
<li>Part-time position available for 4.5 to 5 days a week, equating to approximately 27 hours a week for 40 weeks a year school term weeks only during the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm.</li>
<li>Our Education Support Officers work under the guidance of the Diverse Education Coordinator and classroom teachers to support student learning—providing one-on-one or small group assistance and contributing to a positive classroom environment.</li>
<li>ESOs are responsible for ensuring that the student’s learning needs are met and provides support to the classroom teachers.</li>
<li>ESO’s assist teachers with individual children or small groups, making learning resources, photocopying, and assisting with general supervision as required.</li>

<p>We are looking for someone who:</p>
<ul>
<li>Is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community.</li>
<li>Has an outstanding attention to detail.</li>
<li>Has the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Holds the required checks and training as outlined in the Job and Person Specification (or is willing to complete these prior to commencing).</li>
