We offer full time, part time, limited tenure and relief teaching opportunities throughout Tasmania.</p> <p><strong>Salary range: $63,461 - $80,772.</strong></p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>As A Teacher Assistant within Catholic Education Tasmania plays a vital role in supporting the holistic development of students and strengthening the work of teachers in creating inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environments. Grounded in the Catholic mission, Teacher Assistants provide targeted learning support, adapt activities to meet diverse needs, and build positive, respectful relationships that help every learner flourish. They contribute to classroom preparation, small‑group and individual support, behaviour guidance, and the smooth running of daily routines, ensuring teachers are well‑supported and students receive the attention they need to thrive.
