<p>Are you passionate about helping students reach their full culinary potential? Trinity Anglican School is looking for an enthusiastic Teacher Aide with passion and experience in hospitality to join our vibrant White Rock Campus and assist our teachers with the preparation for hospitality classes for secondary students. </p>
<p>If you’re passionate about support young learners to bring hospitality to life in the classroom, this role lets you make a lasting difference! </p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Set up classrooms for demonstrations and prepare and copy written material for classes </li>
<li>Assist teachers and students with demonstrations, including school functions as required, including after hours (if applicable) </li>
<li>Assist in the creation of a CARA (Curriculum Activity Risk Assessment) database for Food Technology and Hospitality Practices classes </li>
<li>Source and purchase supplies for Food Technology, Hospitality Practices and other <br>
textile classes using Coles and/or Woolworths online ordering </li>
<li>Ensure student work areas and equipment are clean, and complete regular stocktake process including stock rotations by use by date </li>
<li>Balance petty cash and arrange for reimbursement as required </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Is this you? </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability and experience in the safe operation of a kitchen </li>
<li>Advanced cooking and kitchen management skills </li>
<li>A warm, patient, and proactive approach to working with children </li>
<li>Great communication, organisation, and teamwork skills </li>
<li>A current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certification </li>
