<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>

<p>PLC Sydney invites applications from dedicated and collaborative professionals to join our Junior School for the 2026 academic year. Specialising in our Pre-K environment, this role is instrumental in implementing the College’s vision for excellence in girls' education and supporting the holistic development of our youngest learners.</p>

<p>This is a part-time, temporary position for the 2026 duration. To align with the needs of the Junior School, the successful candidate will work according to the following schedule:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Term 1, 2026:</strong> Three days per week (<strong>Monday, Thursday, and Friday</strong>)</li>
<li><strong>Terms 2–4, 2026:</strong> Two days per week (<strong>Thursday and Friday</strong>)</li>
</ul>

<p>The successful candidate will be a flexible team player who possesses:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Qualifications:</strong> Relevant certification in Education Support or Early Childhood (highly regarded).</li>
<li><strong>Educational Commitment:</strong> A deep commitment to the education of young girls and a proven ability to support neurodiverse learners within a contemporary classroom setting.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Demonstrated experience with educational technologies and digital documentation for student portfolios.</li>
<li><strong>Compliance:</strong> A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).</li>
<li><strong>Ethos:</strong> A willingness to support and uphold the Christian ethos and values of the College.</li>
