This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Teacher’s Aide to join our Junior School (Prep to Year 6) on a permanent part-time basis.

Working across five days a week during school hours, you’ll play an integral role in supporting both students and teachers to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. This position focuses on delivering targeted literacy and numeracy interventions, assisting the classroom teacher with instructional activities, and providing general classroom and school-wide support.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications, skills and experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a Teacher’s Aide and /or hold a minimum certificate 3 in educational support</li> <li>A passion for supporting children with individual learning needs</li> <li>Ability to manage the workflow and proactively resolve issues in an efficient manner</li> <li>Highly organised with excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify priorities</li> <li>Excellent communication skills (with staff, parents and students) with strong attention to detail and literacy</li> <li>Ability to work in a team as well as being self-motivated and work autonomously</li> <li>Appropriate technology &amp; administration skills</li> <li>Approachable</li> <li>Demonstrated integrity and commitment to a similar role</li> <li>Actively support the Christian mission and values of the College</li> </ul> <p><strong>Applications</strong></p> <p>Applicants must submit a full application, addressed to The Principal, including application form, a relevant cover letter, resume and supporting documents through the College website: <a href="https://www.roseville.nsw.edu.au/careers/" rel="nofollow"><strong>https://www.roseville.nsw.edu.au/careers/</strong></a></p> <p>Applications close: 15 December 2025</p> <p>However please note, interviews may commence upon receipt of suitable applicants.</p> <p>Roseville College is a member of The Anglican Schools Corporation (ASC).</p>
