As a suitably qualified Trainer, you will be a dynamic educator, keen to engage and inspire our students and deliver a curriculum that caters for students with different learning styles. You will also play a vital part in developing and implementing effective lesson plans to ensure high-quality student learning and engagement. The working schedule of the role is to be confirmed.<br><br><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li>Certificate II in Construction or relevant Teaching Qualifications</li> <li>Certificate IV in Training and Assessment</li> <li>support the Catholic identity of the College</li> <li>excellent organisational and communication skills</li> <li>a passion for teaching and learning, and the education of young adults</li> <li>have flexibility of hours, with block delivery classes</li> <li>have the ability to work autonomously and also to work positively and collaboratively as part of a team</li> <li>have a commitment to supporting student learning in a unique and innovative learning environment</li> <li>ability to deliver online course content and support students using technological learning platforms.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br> Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
