Responsibilities include maintaining classrooms, offices, and communal spaces, carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance, managing waste, and ensuring outdoor areas such as gardens, sports fields, and playgrounds are well-kept and safe. The role also involves monitoring equipment, responding quickly to issues, and coordinating with contractors when specialist work is required.
