<p><strong>We are seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary Classes Teachers</strong> to join our school community across a range of subject areas, with particular opportunities available in <strong>Information Technology, English, Mathematics, Nutrition and Food Technology, Physical Education (PE)</strong> <strong>and Art</strong>, <strong>Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS)</strong> as well as other subjects where needed.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities for Teachers</strong></p>
<p>As a Secondary Teacher at our school, you will deliver engaging, student-centered lessons across a range of subjects, including <strong>Information Technology, English, Mathematics, Nutrition and Food Technology, Physical Education (PE), Art, and Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS).</strong> Your key responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Information Technology:</strong> Teach coding, digital literacy, and emerging technologies, promoting safe and creative use of technology.</li>
<li><strong>English:</strong> Develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, fostering literacy, creativity, and critical thinking.</li>
<li><strong>Mathematics:</strong> Build numeracy, problem-solving, and analytical skills, applying mathematics in real-world contexts.</li>
<li><strong>Nutrition and Food Technology:</strong> Deliver practical and theory lessons in food science, nutrition, and healthy living, promoting creativity and safe practices.</li>
<li><strong>Physical Education (PE):</strong> Encourage physical fitness, teamwork, and wellbeing through a variety of sports and activities.</li>
<li><strong>Art:</strong> Inspire creativity and self-expression through visual arts, design, and media, encouraging critical thinking.</li>
<li><strong>HASS:</strong> Teach history, geography, civics, and social studies, fostering understanding of social, cultural, and environmental issues.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Across all subjects, you will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.</li>
<li>Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular programs and contribute to school initiatives and extracurricular activities.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Recognised teaching qualification and registration with the ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI).</li>
<li>Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card.</li>
<li>Excellent classroom management and communication skills.</li>
<li>Commitment to child safety and Islamic values.</li>
