How did you maintain positive working relationships while also confidently advocating for yourself when needed?</li> <li>How do you ensure your communication remains warm, professional, and clear when speaking with a wide range of people—such as parents, staff, and students?</li> <li>Please outline any experience you have with administrative tasks, customer service, or handling phone enquiries.</li> </ol> <p>Applicants must hold (or be willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check for paid employment and HLTAID012 First Aid qualification.</p> <p><strong>Hours of Work</strong><br> This is a full-time position of 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, worked across 45 weeks per year. Due to the operational requirements of the role, including the need for consistent front-of-house service and continuity for students, families, and staff, the College requires the position to be performed by one employee on a full-time basis.
