Located in Lane Cove, Sydney, Cammeraigal Country, this leading independent school delivers a holistic education to both day and boarding students from Years 5 to 12.</p> <p>The College is currently seeking applications for an ongoing, full-time (1.0 FTE) position Administration Assistant – Teaching &amp; Learning. This role provides high-quality administrative and professional support to the <strong>Dean of Teaching &amp; Learning,</strong> with a key focus on:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Assessment administration and scheduling</strong></li> <li><strong>Academic reporting and data management</strong></li> <li><strong>NESA compliance and documentation</strong></li> <li><strong>Planning, event coordination and academic calendars</strong></li> </ul> <p>The Assistant is also a member of the Administration team, the function of which is to deliver a broad range of services to support the educational mission of the College</p> <p>The College is seeking to appoint an outstanding Administration Assistant - Teaching &amp; Learning in a full-time ongoing position commencing Term 1, 2026.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About You:</strong></p> <p>The successful applicant will ideally have:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a similar role.</li> <li>Ability to manage several independent projects at the same time.</li> <li>Ability to adapt to new situations, ideas and innovative practices.</li> <li>Highly developed and respectful communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and clear understanding of privacy laws.</li> <li>Highly developed client service skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.</li> <li>Willingness to provide support to the broader administration team.</li> <li>Demonstrate the ability to consistently maintain a positive attitude.</li> <li>Ability to manage upward as required and demonstrate solid problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Highly skilled in the use of the Microsoft Suite and Google Suite, particularly Excel.</li> <li>Experience in database management, preferably school management systems such as Synergetic.</li> </ul>
