<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>As Leader of Liturgy you will focus on the liturgical, sacramental and prayer life of the college, in conjunction with the Dean of Mission. You will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to facilitate opportunities for students, parents and staff to strengthen their understanding of and commitment to the Catholic faith.</p>
<p>The Leader of Liturgy, will be an outstanding educator with a well developed capacity to evangelise and engage students and communities in the mission of Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Sydney.</p>
<p><strong>To be considered, you will be a Catholic leader who can demonstrate proven experience in:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>promoting and implementing Sydney Catholic Schools mission: To know and love Christ through learning and the Vision: creating Thriving Catholic communities through excellent teaching and learning</li>
<li>co-leading the school community as an expression of the evangelising and catechising mission of the Church</li>
<li>collaborating with staff and local pastors in the planning and conduct of vibrant liturgical and prayer celebrations</li>
<li>strengthening the connection between members of the school community and their local Catholic faith community</li>
<li>coordinating a comprehensive K-12 approach to sacramental programs and opportunities</li>
<li>promoting and abiding by Sydney Catholic Schools values of empathy, curiosity, excellence, collaboration and truth.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>You will have attained or be pursuing the following:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>postgraduate qualification in Education, Theology or Liturgy, or related discipline</li>
<li>requirements of (Category D) (teach Religious Education) and a willingness to attain (Category E) (Middle Leader) in the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>. in Sydney Catholic Schools</li>
<li>demonstrate performance at the Highly Accomplished or Lead level of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers</li>
<li>is a baptised Catholic, evidence of ongoing commitment to the teachings of the Catholic Church and engagement in the life of a Catholic faith community</li>
<li>a current driver's licence and fully registered and insured motor vehicle with a preparedness to travel between the campuses of the All Saints community.</li>
