An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate educator with the experience, desire and skills to join our Learning and Teaching Team as Teaching and Learning Leader - Learning Enhancement commencing in January 2026.

<p>Calvary Lutheran Primary School is a dynamic Foundation to Year 6 setting in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. Our students are supported to REACH for success within a caring, warm and inclusive school community.</p> <p>Calvary Lutheran Primary School is seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as <strong>Learning and Teaching Leader – Learning Enhancement</strong>.&nbsp;</p> <p>Working closely with the Principal and the Learning and Teaching Leadership Team, this position is an integral part of the Calvary leadership team.</p> <p>The successful applicant will:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate a clear understanding of, and commitment to, the Christian foundation and Lutheran ethos of the school.</li> <li>Lead the school-wide implementation of evidence-based literacy and numeracy programs.</li> <li>Drive data-informed practices to improve student learning outcomes.</li> <li>Support teachers in differentiation, curriculum modification, and the development and review of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).</li> <li>Collaborate with the Learning and Teaching Team to design and deliver high-quality professional learning.</li> <li>Implement effective systems to monitor student progress and maintain accurate records for NCCD reporting.</li> <li>Identify students requiring intervention and oversee appropriate programs and plans.</li> <li>Partner with parents and caregivers to support student learning, engagement, and transitions.</li> <li>Assist with enrolment processes, providing insights into student needs and potential supports.</li> <li>Oversee the <strong>Little Learners</strong> kindergarten-to-school transition program.</li> <li>Coordinate Allied Health professionals and external agencies to strengthen student support programs.</li> <li>Provide strategic direction for inclusive education and best practice in learning enhancement.</li> <li>Teach and support students with identified learning needs.</li> <li>Model effective leadership and contribute to the collaborative and supportive culture of the school.</li> <li>Plan, lead, and evaluate professional learning initiatives for staff.</li> <li>Offer constructive and regular feedback to teachers to enhance teaching and learning practices.</li> <li>Demonstrate professional growth through self-reflection and feedback-seeking.</li> <li>Manage the organisational and administrative requirements of the role effectively, maintaining a positive approach in a dynamic school environment.</li> </ul> <p>Applicants must be registered to teach in South Australia.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
