<p>Saint Ignatius’ College Riverview is a Catholic boys’ school in the Jesuit tradition. Located on picturesque grounds in Lane Cove, this leading independent school delivers a holistic education for day and boarding students from Years 5 to 12.</p> <p>We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teachers’ Aide as part of our Learning Enrichment team. You will be a part of a vibrant educational community which aims to provide students the opportunity to utilise their talents to make a difference in the community.</p> <p>The College is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teachers’ Aide – Learning Enrichment in a part-time (0.6 FTE) ongoing position commencing Term 1, 2026.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <p>The successful applicant needs to:</p> <ul> <li>Assist individual students to access and engage with classroom activities</li> <li>Provide care and management of individual students who may be experiencing difficulties accessing the curriculum</li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p> <p>The successful applicants will:</p> <ul> <li>Have experience working as a Teacher’s Aide in a secondary or primary&nbsp;school environment</li> <li>Understand the requirements of working with students with additional needs</li> <li>Be able to provide support to professional colleagues&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrate collaborative practices and a commitment to working as part of a team</li> <li>Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Hold a current Working with Children Check and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and well-being of children and young people</li> </ul>
