These Service Areas include: Education and Performance Improvement; Catholic Identity; School and Family Services; Strategy and Special Projects; Finance and Infrastructure; Information and Communication Technology; and People and Culture.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The ICT Operations Manager is responsible for the effective delivery and ongoing improvement of IT services across the organisation. This role oversees IT service management processes, technical support operations, and hardware lifecycle programs, while working closely with other functional teams within ICT to ensure technology services are reliable, secure, and fit for purpose.</p> <p><strong>About the Team</strong></p> <p>The ICT Operations Manager will be a part of the large and well established ICT team. The ICT team focus on delivering secure and reliable technology solutions that allow our Catholic schools and staff to achieve excellence in education.</p> <p>The ICT team covers a wide range of specialist areas, including Cyber Security, Operations and Service Management, Infrastructure and Enterprise Technology, Applications and Information Management, Business Systems, and ICT Project Delivery.
