<p><strong>Starting date 01/12/2025 till 30/06/2025 -&nbsp;27hr30 p/week</strong></p> <p><strong>Monday to Friday -&nbsp;From 12:30pm to 2:30pm &amp; from 3pm to 6pm in the Aftercare department</strong></p> <p>As a School Assistant, you will be an active member of a team providing high quality education and care in an after care &amp; vacation care service for children of preschool age.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<br> &nbsp;Actively supervise and effectively communicate with the children</p> <ul> <li>Respond to the strengths, interests and needs of the children</li> <li>Contribute to the recording of the observations of children’s&nbsp;learning and development</li> <li>Supervisions in the playgournd aera and during canteen service</li> </ul> <p>Desired Skills and Experience</p> <ul> <li>ACECQA approved Certificate III level qualification would be a plus</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of experience in an education and care setting</li> <li>Knowledge of and understanding of the National Qualifications Standards and Early Years Learning Framework would be highly regarded</li> <li>Speaking French would be a plus</li> </ul>
