Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Primary, Wyoming is seeking a skilled Senior School Services Officer for a permanent full-time opportunity commencing Term 1 2026. This position remunerates at a Level 6 under our Enterprise Agreement.

<p><strong>Specific Criteria</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school</li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate a 'customer-focused' approach</li>
<li>Be highly organised and show attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of external and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Experience in a busy, dynamic office setting</li>
<li>Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite (especially Word, Publisher and Excel)</li>
<li>Experience with Google Chrome Applications</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of accounting concepts and principles, supported by bookkeeping/accounting experience and an ability to understand Financial Reports</li>
<li>Assist with advertising on social media platforms</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team</li>
<li>Hold a current First Aid Certificate</li>
<li>Hold a current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)</li>
<li>Experience in TechOne, Receipting, Compass, SAS</li>
