Youth Ministry Officers guide young people in their spiritual, emotional, and social growth. They create engaging programs, foster safe and supportive spaces, mentor youth, and help them build confidence, connection, and community.
<p><strong>Salary: </strong>$85,665 full-time equivalent plus superannuation <br><strong>Employment Status:</strong> Part-time | 30.4 hours per fortnight<br><strong>Eligibility: </strong>Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident<br><strong>Start Date:</strong> Term One, January 2026</p>

You'll create and lead engaging programs that connect youth with their faith, providing a safe space where they can ask questions, explore their beliefs, and build meaningful relationships. This role combines leadership with mentorship, as you empower young individuals to become confident, compassionate, and active members of their community. <p><strong>Qualifications</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).</li>
<li>In accordance with the Catholic Education, Religious Education Framework you must have completed or be willing to complete the required RE accreditation and related training.</li>
