This role would suite an educator who is passionate about inclusive teaching, pastoral care and helping students thrive academically, socially and emotionally.</p> <p>Reporting to the Director of Teaching this position will be key in reviewing, developing and improving teaching curriculum and learning support for students across Years 7-12. Working collaboratively with staff, students and families, ensuring each student receives the support they need to reach their full potential.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop and deliver adjusted curriculum tailored to diverse student needs.</li> <li>Apply strong working knowledge of additional needs, the Disability Discrimination Act and the Disability Standards for Education to implement meaningful learning adjustments.</li> <li>Complete the annual Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) for students with disability.</li> <li>Coordinate and document meetings, including minute-taking, to ensure NCCD compliance.</li> <li>Develop personalised learning plans, records and support documents.</li> <li>Facilitate PSG (Program Support Group) meetings, including after school hours where required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>You have experience in secondary teaching and are equipped in supporting students with specific learning needs.&nbsp; Your strong working knowledge of the Disability Discrimination Act, Disability Standards for Education, and the NCCD provides you with the skillset needed to meet successfully fulfill this position.</p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>A strong community which carries a rich history of academic; excellence and holistic education</li> <li>Gym and swimming pool facilities</li> <li>A solid focus on internal and external professional development</li> <li>Salary packaging options</li> <li>Parking available, and close to public transport&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Applications close:&nbsp;<strong>4.00pm Friday 28 November 2025</strong> Applicants must have a 'right to work' in Australia and VIT Registered.</p> <p><strong>Child Protection</strong></p> <p>St Kevin's College is committed to the creation and maintenance of a child safe school environment.
