Working closely with the Principal and broader school community, the Student Welfare Officer implements wellbeing strategies, accompanies students on excursions, and coordinates volunteer activities that strengthen connections between students and their communities. They also engage with families through workshops and meetings, contributing to a whole-school approach to student care.
