These roles support the creation of an inclusive and nurturing learning environment by working alongside teachers to enhance student participation, particularly for those with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities include providing targeted assistance to individuals and small groups, adapting learning tasks, and encouraging strategies that build students’ confidence, independence, and social-emotional development.
