The Instructional Specialist position is a 3-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.<br><br> To excel in this role, you will be able to:</p> <ul> <li>lead school-wide improvement initiatives targeted at lifting student achievement and growth</li> <li>exhibit exemplary, evidence-based practice and lead colleagues to plan, implement and review the effectiveness of their learning and teaching</li> <li>lead collaborative practice with colleagues to modify and expand their repertoire of teaching strategies by modelling exemplary classroom practice.</li> <li>conduct thorough analyses of data and trends within the school to identify areas for growth, informing targeted instructional strategies and interventions that foster continuous improvement.</li> <li>plan and lead the development of professional learning that address the professional learning needs of colleagues</li> <li>demonstrate a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation</li> <li>demonstrate a postgraduate qualification (Masters Ed Lead or Masters RE etc.)</li> <li>demonstrate a Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.</a></li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br> Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
