We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Christian educator to join its experienced team for 2026. The Visual Arts classroom teacher will work with other staff to be an effective professional who demonstrates thorough curriculum knowledge, can plan, teach, and assess effectively, take responsibility for professional development, and promotes the vision and mission of the College.

<p>An energetic and authentic educator, committed to fostering a deep love of learning in students, you will have a strong personal Christian Faith demonstrating a commitment to Christian teaching practice and be a regular practicing member of a Bible-based Christian church. You will have the ability to integrate an&nbsp;authentic Christian worldview into your classroom teaching and set appropriate academic and behavioural expectations, and to lead others in these areas. You will demonstrate passion for teaching and learning as well as for differentiated learning and assessment that&nbsp;caters to the individual needs of all students.</p> <p>A&nbsp;willingness&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;flexible&nbsp;in&nbsp;approaches&nbsp;to&nbsp;learning,&nbsp;including&nbsp;exploring&nbsp;evidence-based&nbsp;and&nbsp;innovative pedagogies and new approaches to the teaching of Visual Arts is essential.</p> <p>You&nbsp;will&nbsp;have&nbsp;a&nbsp;sound&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;and&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;New&nbsp;South&nbsp;Wales&nbsp;Visual Arts Curriculum,&nbsp;7-12.&nbsp;You will&nbsp;preferably&nbsp;have&nbsp;experience teaching Stage 5 Photographic and Digital Media (PDM) but is not essential&nbsp;and&nbsp;experience&nbsp;teaching Stage 6 Visual Arts curriculum&nbsp;would&nbsp;also be an advantage.&nbsp;You will have a proven track record in delivering HSC subjects and using digital technology for student and teacher learning.</p> <p>Applicants should be willing to seek opportunities to contribute to the life of the College beyond their particular area of responsibility</p>
