We're seeking an experienced administrator who is highly organised, reliable and proactive and has a heart to serve in our faith-based mission.
<p>As our <strong>Administration Coordinator</strong>, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps our daily operations running smoothly.</p>
<p>Your work will support staff, volunteers, donors and leadership — helping ensure people have what they need to do their best work and that ALWS continues to operate with professionalism, care and efficiency.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on role with lots of variety across donor care, systems access, onboarding, facilities management, record-keeping, volunteer coordination and Board support. No two days are the same, and your impact will be felt across the whole organisation.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide warm, timely donor and reception services, including phone, inbox and receipting support</li>
<li>Process donations accurately in ThankQ and help maintain high-quality donor data</li>
<li>Coordinate and support volunteers and casuals — recruitment, induction, rosters and day-to-day guidance</li>
<li>Look after the Albury office environment, supplies, equipment and facilities</li>
<li>Support onboarding and offboarding, including systems access and equipment setup</li>
<li>Assist with IT and system access troubleshooting and maintain internal documentation</li>
<li>Maintain controlled documents, records and filing systems (physical and electronic)</li>
<li>Support compliance tracking, training records and basic finance administration</li>
<li>Provide reliable administration for Board and committee meetings, including agendas, papers and minutes</li>
<li>Assist with events administration and travel coordination</li>
<li>Jump in to help with general administrative support as needed</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Experience & knowledge</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Solid administration experience, ideally in a not-for-profit or values-based environment</li>
<li>Confidence with CRM or finance systems (e.g., ThankQ, MYOB) — or the ability to learn quickly</li>
<li>Experience in customer service, donor care or volunteer coordination (desirable)</li>
</ul>
