To do this we strive to be leaders of excellence in Teaching and Learning, Faith Development, Community Engagement and Organisational rigour.</p> <p>The role of Junior College Teacher will work closely with the Deputy Principal Junior College and the College Director of Teaching and Learning to plan, support and deliver quality Australian curriculum to students whilst upholding to the College pedagogy commencing term one 2026.</p> <p><br> The role requires a strong focus on providing an outstanding teaching program which meets the needs of all students and is an integral part of the Riverside Teaching &amp; Learning Framework that provides a quality Christian education. The teaching structure within the College is informed by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (AITSL) and the National School Improvement Tool (ACER).<br> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience and teaching qualifications in the specific realm</li> <li>Hold a current QCT Registration</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working with Australian Curriculum.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to plan, prepare and deliver effective programs to support students consistent with Government regulations, the College pedagogy, relevant syllabi, curriculum policy and work programs</li> <li>Knowledge and demonstrated ability to deliver programs through the establishment of a challenge learning environment including the use of information technology to maximise student outcome, whilst managing student behaviour</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, families and colleagues</li> <li>Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities</li> <li>Possess strong Christian character and support the College Christian values</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>APPLICATION PROCESS</strong></p> <p>To submit your application, please visit <a href="https://riverside.qld.edu.au/join-our-team/" rel="nofollow">https://riverside.qld.edu.au/join-our-team/</a>&nbsp;</p> <p><i><strong>Applications close:</strong></i>&nbsp;Monday 24 November 2025</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
