<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
The <strong>Head of Curriculum and Learning</strong> is a vital member of the College Leadership Team and is a 3-point promotional role. This role is responsible to the Principal and will strategically lead the curriculum, learning programs, and pedagogical practices at the South Hurstville campus. Working collaboratively with the College Leadership Team, Stage 4 curriculum leaders, and teaching staff, they will champion evidence-informed approaches to teaching and learning. You'll bring:</p>
<ul>
<li>expertise in leading curriculum development, compliance and learning pedagogy</li>
<li>strong data practices to monitor student growth and achievement</li>
<li>understanding of curriculum integration and differentiation</li>
<li>strong organisational and administrative skills</li>
<li>skills in leading staff to promote a culture of ongoing growth and improvement</li>
<li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li>
