With a deliberate focus on student achievement, teaching and learning methodologies, school wellbeing, faith development, and resource programs, we seek to attract candidates who will help foster '<i>A daring faith and dynamic education, developing strong minds and gentle hearts' </i>in our students.<br><br><strong>About You</strong><br><br><strong>The Director of College Enterprise is a key member of the College Executive Team</strong>, responsible for organising and structuring the effective functioning of College activities and strategic projects (such as Newman Accreditation) through consistent and deliberate collaboration with fellow Executive members. This position applies strong leadership strategies and sound management principles to deliver operational excellence within an authentic Catholic context. Core responsibilities include coordinating teacher induction, overseeing College events, managing the timetable, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration.&nbsp;<br><br> The Director also leads the implementation and management of policies and practices that underpin the organisational leadership of the College. Through strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives, the Director plays a vital role in nurturing a high-performing, diverse workforce, fostering a safe, healthy, and productive environment for all staff, and ensuring access to meaningful professional development opportunities.
