The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the talent acquisition function for Catholic Education Northern Territory (CENT). This position will be responsible for driving a talent acquisition strategy that creates a robust pipeline of candidates and ensures alignment between recruitment activities and organisational goals.

Working closely with the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the talent function for CENT.
