<p><strong>All applicants will require:</strong></p> <ul> <li>a commitment to the Catholic ethos and to the spiritual, emotional, social and educational wellbeing of all students</li> <li>knowledge and ability to teach Religious Education</li> <li>a commitment to Child Safety and a knowledge of the Child Safety Standards</li> <li>the ability to create conditions for learning to ensure that all students are supported to reach their full potential</li> <li>a commitment to personalising learning</li> <li>the ability to work as part of a team and plan in a collegial manner</li> <li>an understanding of contemporary learning technologies and strategies</li> <li>a good knowledge and understanding of the Victorian curriculum</li> <li>the ability to effectively gather, analyse and use data to inform teaching</li> <li>effective communication skills</li> <li>a willingness to actively contribute to and be part of school and parish life</li> </ul> <p><strong>The successful applicant will have the basic requirements of:</strong><br> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching</li> <li>accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school</li> <li>adhere to the St Joseph's Code of Conduct and Child Safety Policy</li> </ul> <p>The position will begin at the start of Term 1 2026.
