You’ll guide and mentor teams across schools and the system office, ensuring that stewardship, compliance, and innovation underpin every decision.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with the Executive Director and Executive Leadership Team to deliver financial, governance, technology and infrastructure strategies aligned with CEDWW’s mission.</li> <li>Lead and mentor teams across Finance, Governance, IT and Capital Works to deliver collaborative, high-performing outcomes.</li> <li>Support the Executive Director in meeting their financial reporting obligations to diocesan governance bodies, including the Catholic Education Council and Diocesan Finance Council.</li> <li>Oversee budgeting, financial planning and reporting, ensuring transparent, responsible and sustainable management of resources across 29 schools and the system office.</li> <li>Provide leadership in risk management, governance, compliance and audit, maintaining integrity and accountability in all operations.</li> <li>Direct the development and delivery of capital works and facilities plans that create contemporary, safe and inspiring learning environments.</li> <li>Champion digital transformation through a robust, secure and future-focused IT strategy.</li> <li>Represent CEDWW in external forums, government consultations and Catholic education networks across NSW.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p>You’re a strategic, values-driven leader who combines commercial acumen with empathy and integrity.
