St Andrews Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated <strong>Lead Educator</strong> to join our vibrant <strong>Junior Kindy</strong> team in a full-time, permanent capacity. </i>As a&nbsp;<strong>Lead&nbsp;Educator</strong> you will play a vital role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged two to 3 years. This includes:</p> <ul> <li>Creating and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children.</li> <li>Leading a team of educators in the Junior Kindy room, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment.</li> <li>Collaborating with families to support each child’s development and wellbeing.</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and Children’s Services Award.</li> <li>Contributing to a culture of excellence, creativity, and care within our Early Learning Centre.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>A passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development principles.</li> <li>A <strong>Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care</strong> (or equivalent).</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in a lead or room leader role.</li> <li>A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).</li> <li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li> <li>Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma &amp; Anaphylaxis certificates.</li> <li>A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).</li> <li>Previous experience working with children aged two and a half to three</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li> <li>Commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the College.</li> </ul> <p><i>Please note: Successful applicants must&nbsp;hold a valid Working with Children Check Blue Card, prior to starting work and have the legal right to work in Australia.</i></p> <p><strong>Agency applications are respectfully declined.</strong></p> <p><i>St Andrews Lutheran College supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to the safety and wellbeing of students.&nbsp; All applicants are required to undergo a screening process and the successful applicant must comply with all College policies and procedure</i></p>
