<p>The Headmaster seeks to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced Christian educator who displays a commitment to their Christian faith, evidenced by regular attendance at a Bible Believing Church, to this full-time permanent Executive position. The successful candidate will join the highly professional, dynamic, and strategically focused School Executive.</p> <p>This role is one of the most senior positions in the School, and as such, is expected to oversee and delegate to other staff to achieve the expected outcomes. This is a strategic leadership position, not a general management position, and generally has no timetabled classes allocated.</p> <p>The Dean of Senior School reports directly to the Deputy Headmaster (Director of Culture) and the Director of Studies, and through them to the Headmaster.
