Emmanuel Anglican College is seeking a full time Sports and Coaching Trainee to join our team for 2026.

The trainee will provide administrative and practical support to ensure a positive sporting experience for students from Kindergarten to Year 12. As part of this role, the trainee will complete a Certificate III in Sport Coaching.</p> <p>This is a full time trainee position for 12 months, commencing in January 2026.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Assist with the organisation, preparation and running of:</p> <ul> <li>the College’s weekly sporting program for both primary and secondary students.</li> <li>College carnivals.</li> <li>representative College sporting program.</li> <li>actively support the ethos of the College.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Strong communication and organisation skills.</li> <li>Willingness to complete a Certificate III in Sport Coaching.</li> <li>Current First Aid and CPR qualifications (desirable).</li> <li>Passion for sport and coaching and a desire to provide excellent opportunities for young people.</li> </ul> <p><strong>A full position description is available on the College website </strong><a href="https://www.eac.nsw.edu.au" rel="nofollow"><strong>www.eac.nsw.edu.au</strong></a><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>HOW TO APPLY</strong></p> <p>Please provide a&nbsp;cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role addressing key responsibilities and knowledge, skills and qualifications outlined in the position description.
