Support the wellbeing, safety, and development of students across the school. You will provide guidance, counselling, and support to students, while working closely with staff and families to promote a positive and inclusive school environment.

At St Michael’s, we value and invest in our staff,&nbsp;recognising&nbsp;their vital contribution to our students' success.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The Student Welfare Officer supports the well-being of students by providing pastoral care and implementing strategies that promote a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment. Working closely with students, staff and families, the role focuses on fostering positive relationships, addressing individual student needs and supporting the well-being of the broader school community.
