Support student faith, wellbeing and connection as our Christian Youth Worker.

<p><strong>To commence in January 2026</strong></p> <p><strong>Permanent Role - $42.72 per hour</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a caring and motivated Christian Youth Worker to provide pastoral support and guidance to students across the College. Working collaboratively with our College Counsellor and within our Wellbeing Team, you’ll help nurture student faith, resilience, and connectedness in everyday school life.</p> <p>St Martins Lutheran College is a welcoming, caring, Christ-centred learning community where students grow, flourish, and are inspired to make a difference.
